At Adobe Alcove Season’s Table is our intimate dinner series celebrating the ingredients, traditions, and flavors of the moment. With just thirty seats, these gatherings bring guests together around a shared table to experience a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by global cuisines and the harvest of the high desert.
Each dinner highlights seasonal ingredients sourced from regional farms and producers, woven into dishes that reflect the culinary journeys and inspirations behind our kitchen. Many of the plates and serving pieces used throughout the evening have been hand-crafted by ceramic artists or thoughtfully gathered secondhand, creating a table that honors both craftsmanship and sustainability. Every Season’s Table introduces new dishes that reflect the changing landscape of the season, offering guests a unique dining experience that will only happen once.
